The Waterman Kultur, similar to the Phileas but demonstrators and without the gold colored trim was made in the late 1990s. The “Soft Touch” translucent yellow has a pleasing tactile feel. The inner workings can be seen through the translucent body.
The fountain pen features a fine stainless steel nib and uses a converter (not included) or ink cartridge in either the international or standard size. One international cartridge is included.
This set is brand new and unused in the original box with papers.
