If you don’t own a Lamy 2000 yet, why not? This is one of the most reliable, best writing, iconic designed fountain pens out there. Bauhaus design by Gerd A. Müller in 1966 it is unchanged. The lightweight Makrolon (fiberglass resin) and brushed stainless steel body contains a traditional piston filler with a large capacity and is filled with bottled inks onlyIt features windows to view the ink inside. The “B” platinum-coated nib is made of 14 carat gold.
