Cross Vice folding gel ink pen and document marker in Gaseous Green, Purple Haze, Radioactive Red, and I don’t know the fancy name for the blue.   Brand new sealed in the original plastic. My own red one is shown so you can see what they look like open.  3.25 inches when closed and twice the size when opened. I see that the gel ink refills in four colors are available from Cross and elsewhere.
