New-in-package includes a pair of walkie talkies, each with a twist action ballpoint pen by the Stylus Writing Instrument Company. They appear to be from around 2001 and while I cannot guarantee the refills write as they are, they are made to be refillable using a standard D-1 mini refill.
Note that the labels warn that these include small parts and are a chocking hazard not intended for children under 3 years old.
