For the pilot in your life?  These were clearly salesman’s samples of the B-204 clip-activated ballpoint.  How do I know that?  Because they say “Sheaffer’s redesigned #B-204”.  They also have a Cessna logo, to show, I suppose, what a company logo would look like.  They even come in a cool divided box that says Fort Madison, Iowa right on it.
